The long block for our turnkey come standard with:
OEM Magnesium AS41 case.(larger engine combos will come standard with Aluminum case.)
Each case is Spot Faced, Full Flowed and hand clearance,
8 dowel chromoly 4340 crankshaft that is nitrided for added strength, micro polished, and dynamically balanced.
12v flywheel 4130 1-piece chromoloy made strong but light at 13lbs or stock, call for info.
Straight cut "No thrust load" cam gears.
High lift billet 1.25 or 1.4 rockers with solid shafts, swivel adjusters, and 4130 studs.
USA made Manton 3/8" Seamless 4140 .058" thick chromoly push rods.
"I" Beam chromoly rods with real USA Made ARP 8740 rod bolts. (larger combos come standard with "H"- Beam)
Balanced piston with hand honed barrels for fast ring seating.
Hard and lightweight USA Made billet lifters that are parkerized coated to help with brake-in.
Chromoly 4130 gland nut to hold it all together tight.

All of our Turnkey engines include our 12 Start Brake-in FREE!
This includes oil pressure checking before start-up, False load cam and lifter brake-in,
minimum of x12 200* degree cylinder temp heat cycles. We will adjust the idle speed, fuel mixture
setting and timing. After each 200* degree test run, we place a fan on the motor to cool it quickly.
This will help us to detect any oil leaks or possible problems.
We drain the motor of all its used oil and external oil filter. Next we will remove the rocker assembly
and re-torque the heads to spec, reassemble the rockers and adjust the valves and it is ready to go.
All of our engines also include complete dyno service on our 800hp digital Dyno FREE!
It will include the 12 Start Brake-In plus a complete Dyno session to find out what your beast makes.
We will do all the jetting and set up at this time as we can now place your combo under a full load.
We don't just make some max hp pull at a set rpm,
We will take your combo from 3,000 rpms to 6,000 rpms in 250 to 500rpm steps.
We then do it all over to back up all the numbers.
Placing your combo on the dyno is the best way to find if there is a problem.
Oil psi, oil temp, boost psi, vac Hg", AF ratio, cylinder temp, head temp, exhaust temp, RPM, HP and TQ numbers are
all given.
